Here are some examples of design projects I’ve worked on. I have experience with Canva, Garageband, Comevo, CMS, and Adobe programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, Audition, and After Effects).

As the digital marketing and writing intern for The Comedy Project, I’ve gotten to design the monthly email newsletter. This issue is from July 2021. I designed it in Canva and wrote the majority of the copy.

  • Designed to promote Subject to Change improv comedy shows

I was heavily involved in Grand Valley State University’s improv comedy team Subject to Change throughout my college experience. During my junior and senior year, I served as the team’s president. One of the responsibilities I took on was designing all show posters using Adobe Photoshop. We had at least one show a month, and I had a lot of fun incorporating our team’s logo (the underwear guy) and that month’s show theme into each poster.

Video Editing

This is an example of some of the social media content I created for the Subject to Change Instagram page. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, our 2020 graduating seniors didn’t get to have an in-person show. So, using Adobe Premiere Pro, I edited together a special video for each senior as a virtual farewell.
